The Environmental, Energy, and Land Management Association (EELMA) was established at WVU to support students pursuing careers in environmental, energy, and land management. Since its inception in 2015, EELMA has focused on fostering connections between students and industry professionals, offering networking opportunities, mentorship, and career preparation resources.
In addition to career support, EELMA emphasizes community involvement, encouraging members to develop leadership and volunteer skills. Over the years, the organization has grown into a vital resource, helping students secure internships and jobs while building a strong professional foundation.
